Minute 1: Hydration & Breath
Drink a glass of water (preferably warm or room temp).
Take 5 deep breaths – in through the nose, hold for 4 seconds, out through the mouth.
Minute 2: Stretch It Out
Do light stretches:
Neck rolls (left & right)
Shoulder shrugs
Arm and wrist circles
Minute 3: Move Your Body
Choose one simple move to get your heart pumping:
Jumping jacks
Marching in place
Squats or wall sits
Minute 4: Mind Check-In
Close your eyes and do a quick mental scan: how do you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally?
Name 1 thing you're grateful for.
Minute 5: Set an Intention
Say or write a positive affirmation or intention for the day. Examples:
“Today, I choose peace.”
“I nourish my body and mind.”
“I am strong and capable.”
Tips:
Do it right after waking up or before bed.
Make it a screen-free 5 minutes.
Repeat throughout the day if you need a reset.
