for example, imagine telling someone "you are so thick minded you never understand any concept". What if you said "I know sometimes it takes long to understand, but if you keep on trying it will be more easier for you". Such a simple sentence can cause a lot of pain and the same sentence said in a more enlightened manner can cause comfort and encouragement beyond no measure.

Work in positive things in your conversations and always look forward to making a positive change. When you talk to someone look for something positive to say.
